Asphalt shingles are held together by oils. From the day they go on, Pennsylvania sun, heat, and freeze-thaw winters slowly bake those oils out. As they leave, the shingle stiffens, curls at the edges, and starts shedding the mineral granules that shield it from UV and rain — the grit you find in your gutters and at the base of your downspouts. That is not a worn-out roof. It is a dried-out roof, and it is exactly what rejuvenation is built to reverse.
Our treatment is a corn-based, ~95% USDA-certified bio-based oil, applied at low pressure so it soaks into the shingle instead of sitting on top like a paint or sealant. It re-saturates the asphalt and restores the flexibility a newer shingle has — the property that lets a roof expand, contract, and shrug off weather without cracking.
